Sheety Tools is an independent project offering two types of products: Sheety Onboarding, a paid employee onboarding document generator, and a collection of open-source productivity tools that run entirely in your browser. Both are operated by the same individual creator behind sheety.tools.
Sheety Onboarding is a paid product. By purchasing access, you agree to the pricing and plan terms presented at the time of purchase.
All sales are final. Because Sheety Onboarding delivers your documents immediately upon processing, no refunds are offered under any circumstances. A confirmation step is provided before submission so you can review your details carefully before proceeding.
Service requests & response times: Sheety Tools is a one-person operation. Everything is designed to be self-serve: automated delivery and clear documentation so you're never waiting on anyone. That said, response times to direct enquiries may be slow. If you reach out, we'll get back to you when we can, but we can't commit to timelines.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The no-cost tools available on sheety.tools — including Focus Budget and any future additions — are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These tools are open-source and run entirely in your browser. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or continued availability. Use them at your own discretion.
Tools (Focus Budget, etc.): No data is collected, transmitted, or stored by us. All data generated by these tools stays in your browser's local storage on your device. We have no access to it. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party data sharing.
Sheety Onboarding: Information submitted through the onboarding platform (company name, hire details, manager contact) is used solely to generate and deliver your documents. It is not sold, shared, or used for any other purpose. Payment is handled by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Both operate under their own privacy policies.
Sheety List: See Section 4a below for full details on how this tool accesses and uses your Google account data.
Sheety List uses Google Sign-In and requests access to your Google account via two OAuth scopes:
What data is accessed: The app accesses only the contents of the "Sheety List" spreadsheet — your task titles, categories, priorities, due dates, and notes. No other Google account data is accessed.
How data is used: Your task data is read to display your list in the app and written when you add, edit, or complete tasks. It is used solely to power the Sheety List task management experience.
Storage: Your task data lives entirely in your own Google Drive — in a spreadsheet named "Sheety List" that the app creates on first use. Sheety Tools does not copy, store, or transmit your data to any server, database, or third party. We have no backend. The app runs entirely in your browser and communicates directly with Google's APIs on your behalf.
Sharing: Your data is never shared with, sold to, or accessible by anyone other than you. Sheety Tools has no access to your spreadsheet or its contents.
Retention: Your data remains in your Google Drive until you delete it. Revoking the app's access (via your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions) immediately removes the app's ability to access your spreadsheet. The spreadsheet itself remains in your Drive and can be deleted manually at any time.
Sheety List's use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Portions of this project were built with the assistance of AI coding tools, including Claude and ChatGPT. The product ideas, design decisions, and instructional structure reflect the work of the human creator. We believe in being transparent about how modern software gets made.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheety Tools and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use any part of this service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim. For the no-cost tools, that limit is zero.
The no-cost tools are released under the MIT License — you're free to use, modify, and distribute them. The Sheety brand, name, and Sheety Onboarding product are not covered by that license and remain the property of the creator.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of any Sheety Tools product after an update means you accept the new terms.
